Join us on Wednesdays in August at 7:00 p.m. for a great class to help you learn how to be healthy and happy.  Included is:  Wellness consultation; personal meal plans, snack lists, grocery lists; at home workouts; one-on-one coaching; and all training materials.  The class is just $10 for an individual or $15 for a couple.  You can register on our website,
